Descriptions of Services
Unlimited Body Healing Sessions using "The Power of your Presence"
A fifteen minute complimentary phone consult is available for first time clients.
This is a very gentle modality that allows your body to open up and release tightness and tension, dis-ease or illness it is holding onto. Perhaps you want help with a goal, or to release some emotional pain or struggle or maybe you need some help re-framing some old ways of thinking that no longer serve you. The issues and topics we struggle with in our minds show up in our emotions and eventually in our bodies as dis-ease. Unlimited Body helps to loosen our thinking and our emotions and as a result, the body starts to feel more open and free, just like we did when we were little children. This session can be done as a hands on healing session or it can be done as a talking therapeutic session. For more information, see the section labeled Unlimited Body.
Fee per in person session: $120.00
Sessions last between one and two hours. Clients are asked to block off two hours in their schedule for a session.
Phone sessions: 1 hour, $80.00
Ear Coning or Ear Candling sessions:
Sessions last between one hour and fifteen minutes to one and a half hours. A fifteen minute Reiki session is included at the beginning of the treatment. One to two candles is used per ear.
The benefits of Ear Coning/Candling include: gently relieves discomfort in the head, ear and sinus areas, removes excess ear wax, excess fluid from the ears, helps with swimmer's ear, helps to relieve sinus pressure, tinnitus, ear infections, headache pressure, itchy ears and TMJ. Some people have even said that they see better and even smell better after a session, a clearing of their eyes and nose as well. Ear Coning/Candling works on both a physical level as well as mental, emotional and spiritual level to relieve pressure or pain. On a spiritual level, it is said to help open the top three chakras (throat, third eye and crown chakras).
The ancient Chinese and Egyptians as well as the Native Americans used this as a regular practice. The Native Americans would perform this before they would enter the sweat lodges as a way to hear "Spirit" more clearly.
Cost is $80.00 per session.

Clearing Clutter, Clearing You - One Paper Clip at a Time New Service
During a phone or in person session I offer support as you journey towards clearing your home, office, car and life one step at a time. We can explore the area you feel most stuck and challenged with. In addition, I may offer practical suggestions on how to clear away the inner and outer clutter.
The outer world is a reflection of our inner world, so don't be surprised if you start experiencing shifts in how you feel about yourself as you work towards becoming lighter in the world. No area is too small or too large. Some people start with a drawer or corner of a room and build from that. We will explore any feelings of resistance as you move through your clutter and we will celebrate your successes.

Joyful Life, Living and Business Coaching New Service
This session is about bringing more"JOY"into your life and/or your business and all that that entails. Come prepared with an area or topic that you would like to bring more "JOY" in to and let's see how we can "lighten up" and have FUN together. Life is about having fun, not struggling, so let's bring back the "JOY" into every area of our living, being and relating to others and the world around us. This is about allowing your best self to shine through and to enjoy every moment of your life.
An example, how to create and feel joy while paying your bills, balancing your check book, hiring and training new people in your business, meeting new people. The topics are endless.

Releasing Recurring Patterns New Service
This is one of my most favorite areas to work with clients.
Have you noticed that some people keep attracting the same people or things into their lives?
Some people attract demeaning bosses, or the same romantic partner who is not as loving as you'd like, friends that behave the same way, maybe it is financial struggle, repeated car accidents, recurring injuries to the body or to their emotions, some people have a difficult time finishing things in life or maybe it is a certain way we are thinking, etc.
As people start to tell their "stories", one or more patterns start to emerge in their storytelling. Some of these patterns we are conscious of and others we are totally unaware of. If you are feeling stuck, and you may not even know where you are stuck, this work will help to reveal some of your patterns and from there we can work to become aware of them and start to change the patterns and create new and wonderful experiences.

Is there something you feel that you want to shift and change?
It may be a small issue or a large one and you are feeling really scarred to make a change.
During this session, we will start to explore the thing or dream that you have and we will start to dismantle the "road blocks" that we put up for ourselves. When we start to talk and dream about what we really want, we start to allow ourselves to see and feel the possibilities of the life we truly want and then we can start to move forward and start to live our dreams.
I have a lot of experience with this personally and really love to help others to start to loosen the places that hold them back.

Shamballa-Reiki
This is offered as two fifteen minute long distance sessions. We will discuss when you want me to send this energy treatment to you in the comfort of your home.
Shamballa is a slightly higher vibrational energy than the traditional Usui Reiki. It works faster and therefore can be completed in shorter periods of time with the same benefits as a full hour of the traditional form of Reiki.
Reiki is pronounced RAY KEY. It is universal life force energy and I believe it is unconditional love entering our cells and our body, removing any blocks and filling us up with lots of light and love. People generally feel very relaxed during and after a session. Some may experience warmth or tingling sensations. Another benefit is to balance you and your chakra system.
Only offered as two fifteen minute long distance sessions for a total of $35.00.

New: Cancellation Policy
Out of consideration for my time and other students/clients wanting a session or to join a class, I have instituted a 48-hour cancellation policy. Credit cards will be taken to reserve your spot when you call to schedule a session or when you pre-register for a class. If you need to cancel or re-schedule a session (whether it's an in person or phone session) or a workshop you have pre-registered for, and you give me 48-hours notice that you will be unable to attend, there is no charge to you and your credit card will not be charged. After the 48-hour point there are no refunds and your credit card will be charged the full amount of the session or class. Once you pre-register, you do have the option to pay with cash, check or money order on the day of the appointment or the class if you so chose.
Pre-registering for classes or workshops puts forth your energy and commitment for the workshop and most people have found that once you make the commitment for the work, you will start to notice changes and shifts happening in your life.
