Ingredients: glycerin, organic catnip leaves and flowers, organic spearmint leaves , distilled water and love.
Take 3 drops to half a dropper full before bed. Can be added to teas as a sweetener (instead of sugar or honey). Two to three drops on the tongue will help with anxiety. Caution it may make you feel drowsy, so please don't use if you are driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
